Homecare Worker / Home Health Aide / Caregiver
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assistance:
-
Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair or assisting with walking.

Household Tasks:

Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.

Health Monitoring:
-
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health or behavior to family members or medical professionals.

Assist with medication reminders or administration under supervision.
-

Companionship:
-
Provide emotional support and companionship through conversation, activities, or accompanying clients on errands or appointments.

Transportation:
-
Drive or assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, or social events.
-

Administrative Support:
-
Maintain records of services provided and report progress or concerns.
-
Coordinate with family members, healthcare providers, or case managers.

Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent .
-
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) may be required in some regions.
-
CPR and first-aid certification (preferred).
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if job involves driving).

Physical ability to lift and support clients as needed.
